Important: We only refund damaged or not working products with photographic Evidence.
Flexible Return & Refund Options If you need to return a product and qualify for a refund, we offer two convenient choices:

Instant 30% Cash Refund: Receive an immediate 30% refund to your credit card, and keep the product. No need to return it. This hassle-free solution is popular among our customers for its simplicity and convenience.

Full Refund with Return: If you prefer a full refund, you can return the product to our warehouse. Please note, in this case, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Conditions for Full Refund Eligibility
- Time Limit: Returns must be initiated within 90 days of purchase. Beyond this period, only a 30% refund is available.
- Product Usage: To qualify for a refund, we ask that you use the product consistently for at least 30 days (15 minutes a day). This usage policy is based on our confidence that regular use will lead to noticeable improvements.
- Product Condition: For a return, the product must be clean and undamaged.
Exclusions from Full Refunds We cannot offer full refunds in the following cases, but the 30% cash refund option remains available:
- Orders placed over 3 months ago.
- Sizing issues after multiple disclaimers during the sales process.
- Health conditions incompatible with our products, as outlined in our terms.
- Change of mind, as all sales are final except in valid cases.
